Privacy policy

Dynacore is operated by Natro Technic Pty Ltd, ABN 57 156 275 320, ACN 156 275 320. In this policy, “we” means that company.
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what this website collects and why. It is written in plain language. It is not a full account of every record the company may hold outside the website.
What we collect on this site
If you use the contact form, we collect:
- your name
- your email address
- your organisation
- your role, if you provide it
- the practice you ask about
- the message you write
The host that serves the site processes connection data, such as IP address, to deliver and protect the site. When a bot check is enabled on the form, Cloudflare Turnstile processes a token for that check. Cloudflare describes that processing in its privacy policy.
This site does not run marketing analytics and does not set advertising cookies. We do not add you to a marketing list because you sent an enquiry.
Why we collect it
We use enquiry details to read your note and reply. That is the purpose. We do not sell personal information.
Where it goes
An enquiry is delivered to our mailbox. Depending on how the form is connected, delivery may pass through an email service or an automation webhook operated for us. Those services may store the message on infrastructure outside Australia. The mailbox address is published on the contact page when we choose to publish one.
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to respond and to keep ordinary business records, and then we delete them or remove the identifying details.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask for access to the personal information we hold about you from this site, or ask us to correct it. Use the contact form. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner: oaic.gov.au/privacy/privacy-complaints.
