Approach

A briefing, a design, a commissioned system.

Engagements are sequenced so a hardware order, a model choice, or an agent in production comes after the constraints are written down.

Sequence

  1. 01

    Briefing

We listen for the workload, the decision, and the constraint that already exists. You leave with a view of whether there is a real engagement.

  2. 02

    Assess

We read the site, the platform, the data and the operating model with the people who run them.

  3. 03

    Design

A reference architecture, a capacity and readiness view, and the integration and governance boundaries.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Build, integrate and commission against the tests written in the design.

  5. 05

    Handover

Operating notes, acceptance records, and an agreed way to stay involved if you want ongoing support.

Principles

  • The workload and the building come before the purchase order.
  • Advice is vendor neutral. We will name platforms when they fit, and we will say when they do not.
  • Australian privacy, residency and accountability are design inputs.
  • Commissioning is part of delivery. A system that has not been tested against its design is not finished.
  • We write down what we were asked to do, and we keep the scope where you can see it.

What we need from you

  • A sponsor who can make a decision, or say who can
  • Time with the people who know the workload, the data and the building
  • The constraints you already have: dates, residency, sites, and the budget band if you know it
  • A straight account of what is in production today

The record of the work

Named client references are published only with the client’s agreement. None are listed on this site. We would rather show the method, the architecture and the artefacts an engagement produces.

An engagement starts when both parties agree it in writing. The pages on this site are general information, and they are not a proposal. The terms say the same thing.

Answers

Direct answers

Short statements for the questions this page is here to settle.

How does a Dynacore engagement run?

Briefing, assessment, design, delivery and handover. A hardware order, a model choice, or an agent in production comes after the constraints are written down. Work starts when both parties agree it in writing.

Does the site list client references?

Named client references are published only with the client’s agreement. None are listed on this site. The pages describe the method, the architecture and the artefacts an engagement produces.

Book a briefing

Bring the workload, the constraint, and the decision in front of you. We will tell you plainly whether we are the right practice.
